Yes. You are welcome to make a donation in honor or in memory of a loved one. These gifts are a meaningful way to recognize someone who has been impacted by the justice system, addiction, recovery, or who has a heart for second chances and restoration.

Item Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend the Western Region Reentry Summit, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less a 25% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover credit card processing fees, registration platform fees, and administrative costs already incurred.

• Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. As we approach the summit, we make financial commitments based on attendee numbers, including meal guarantees, conference materials, venue expenses, and other event-related costs. Because these expenses cannot be recovered, we are unable to issue refunds during this time.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual from your organization by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
